Work Order Maintenance System
Posted on: March 20, 2013by: Stephen Miller
Here's a quick snippet of a project that I'm working on for a previous designed website (www.sacredhearthome.org). The facility is in need of updating quick a few of their systems and during the process, it was revealed that a web-based system to track and enter work orders would be beneficial.
Although, this project is still in beta, it provides the full functionality that the facility required. A very simple inferface will allow for the staff to electronically submitted work orders to the appropriate department. The departments will receive instant notification of the received work orders. One other major benefit for the facility is the back-end database for storing all of the work order data. This will allow for specific filtering to view what work has been completed for individual areas.
