Type: Online Real Estate Appraisal Services

Web Talk: This website includes a full back-end CMS (handwritten specifically for the client) that allows for user management and uploading and reviewing of appraisal reports. All appraisal infomation is database driven to add extra backup to the clients reporting system.
Description: This website was developed to allow the clients customers to complete an order form and pay for an Opinion of Market Value or Competitive List Price of a property. This is a cheaper and faster alternative to requesting a full appraisal of the property. This client also offer full appraisal services at their parent website, Just Home Appraisals.
Work Order Management System

Web Talk: Based on a Nursing Home facility requirements, they were in need of a tracking system for creating and deploying work orders. This simple interface was developed to address an overall learning curve for the facilities employees. PHP and MySQL is doing the workload in this application by storing and retrieving all work order data.
Description: This application assist the employees by quickly entering work order data electronically. Immediate notifications are distributed to the appropriate employees. The back-end database allows the facility to keep track of all work order statistics - filtering all the way down to individual rooms.

Web Talk: This website relies heavily on the MySQL database to store various course and student information. Written primarily in PHP, specific features include an integrated weight-based system for calculating students current grades.
Description: This website was for a school project where I was instructed to develop a gradebook system for the university instructors. Instructors are capable of adding and editing semester course material and enrolling students into those courses. Grading is calculated on a weight-based system to ensure the most accurate current grade during the life of the course. A full reporting system allows instructors to view grades, courses, and student information as tey see fit.

Web Talk: This website is one of many templates I have designed which could be used for future projects. The home page, along with all links are fully developed and ready for rapid editing and deployment.
Description: This website template can be used for anyone in the water restoration business. Because of the simple design used, it can be easily modified for any type of website.

Web Talk: This website template includes a JQuery intro banner. All back-end functions have been created in PHP/MySQL. To add some more attention to detail, a custom font has been used for menus and banners. The home page, along with all links are fully developed and ready for rapid editing and deployment.
Description: This website template is developed for anyone that has a band and needs a website. Like many other templates, the simple design allows versatility by making this design easily editable for other projects.

Web Talk: Here's another template designed for future use. The design has only been created in Photoshop. I haven't converted the design to html/css. Per request, I can share the whole Photoshopped design and concept.
Description: This website template can be used for anyone that needs a blog. The title (The Bano) comes from the idea of having a daily blog that users could read while sitting on the toilet (who doesn't read every now and again on the toilet). The simple design allows for easy modifications (so it doesn't have to be a toilet bowl site).

Web Talk: This website template has a simple layout with basic color scheme that is appealing for any bakery website. This design can be easily customized to fit anyone's needs. Upon request, a shopping cart feature can be applied to turn this template into an online store.

Web Talk: This website includes a full back-end CMS that has the following features: user management, add / delete postings, email / contact system, ecommerce capabilities, and featured product listings.
Description: I never launched this particular website. This was a personal project I created in understanding ecommerce websites, catalog / databases of products, etc.... The site itself has potential, but has since been left on the back burner.
